Laughter Yoga with Suzy, Specialist in Joy and Connection

Sunday 26th March 12:30-13:30 (please note the clocks go forwards! - it might feel like 11:30am)

We all know how good it feels when we laugh, right? It’s good for our health, both physically and mentally. 😃

It’s also a lot easier to do with others and amazing for connecting us as fellow humans, so let’s do it together! Let’s wake up our bodies and spirits with a good old laugh. 🤣

You don’t have to be a positive person and you don’t even have to feel like laughing. It’s simply a case of showing up, with an open mind and willingness to try something a bit different. Suzy will gently guide you through a series of exercises to bring us some good hearty belly laughs before a calming, grounding meditation. 😍

No yoga ability or equipment needed!

Previous participants have described feeling more alive, energised, connected, creative, productive, confident and calm. 🤩

So it might feel weird, but it might just might make you feel amazing!

What people are saying;

“Suzy is a fantastic facilitator, sensitive, knowledgeable and simply wants to create a moment of connection and playfulness in these challenging times.”

“I struggle with long term Chronic Pain and it’s helped. Thank you”

“I have been very surprised by the emotional impact of your class, I thought I just needed to cheer up a bit and re-find my joy but actually it has touched me in much deeper ways and the sense of community and belonging has been very much at the heart of the power of joining Suzy’s class”

“Suzy’s zest for life brings everything into perspective. Laughing for 10 minutes is the only time I manage to put down all the ‘buzz’ in my head, and just be!”
