• YOGA

Beginners: For total beginners and people who want to go back to basics. Suitable for everyone

Hatha Flow: A slower-paced flowing class, both playful, grounding and relaxing. We build from the ground up, strengthening and warming, flow through a standing sequence, then return to the floor to soften and relax. Great for beginners to help build a solid foundation through to more advanced practitioners looking to ground in their practice.

Kids: Drop your kids off or stay and have a cup of tea on our sofa while the studio transforms into a kids Yoga jungle. Lily/ Sarah leads this class. Age guidance is 3-8 years.

Pregnancy: A calming flowing sequence of yoga poses to help with building strength and relaxation during the journey to parenthood.

Strong: A flowing sequence of poses, moving with the breath. Expect some added challenges.

Slow Flow: A slow Vinyasa class for beginners and those that want a gentler class. Focusing on mobility and ease, we go through sun salutations and postures but taking our time, with lots of opportunities for breaks and rest.

Vinyasa: A steady flowing class, both playful, grounding and relaxing. This class offers space to focus on the breath and postures; settling the restless mind whilst exploring movement through the body. Offering options and variations to meet the body where it’s at today with the opportunity for challenge or to take it easy.

Yin: Yin Yoga is a very passive and yet quite a challenging practice. It aims to target the “cold” tissues of our body, strengthening and stretching in a gentle way the ligaments, joints, fascia and bones by holding each pose from 2-5 minutes. We will use props to help us in each pose. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are recommended.

    PILATES

Pilates: Pilates is a strengthening movement class, designed to lengthen and make you stronger. It also helps with flexibility and balance. This can be leveled up or down, it’s all about precision!

    BARRE

Barre Classes are typically characterised by isometric movements – where you keep the rest of your body almost motionless and contract specific muscle groups. Class is split into three main areas; warm-up, tone-up and cool down accompanied by a great selection of music that will ensure you are dancing your way through the exercises.

  • We strive to make our classes as accessible as possible, by always ensuring chairs are available, and having clear walk-ways through our studio.
