Rest and Release: A Restorative Yoga class

Restorative yoga is a quiet practice that is done mainly lying down. We do four or five poses, supported by bolsters, cushions and blankets to give you 75 minutes of relaxation and grounding. Come and unwind and maybe even have a power nap.

This class is bookable on your unlimited passes or class packs, or drop in with a £17 class pass
