Move for the love of it - with Bridget

Our bodies love to move! Come celebrate movement for movement’s sake, dropping any dogma, coalescing our practices and principles and having a satisfying practice that brings together all the bits, set to some beautiful beats….

Join Bridget for a flowing class which includes both yoga and Pilates influences. A practice where we come together and get to move, stretch, strengthen, breathe, wriggle, meditate and rest.

Take some space and time to truly drop in and listen to your body, to let it guide you into a meditative state and perhaps reveal some intuitive wisdom. Some believe that our bodies carry their own stories, and they can take some time to open up and offer their insights. We will move in familiar and also at times some unusual challenging ways to feel into different layers of our physical selves. This full spectrum practice can tap us into that space of knowing and listening and can feel incredibly powerful and magical. All set to an epic ambient electronic soundscape, concluding with meditation and savasana to let it all to assimilate.

Open to anyone interested, Bridget will give supportive options and modifications, with room for your own embellishments. Please reach out with any questions (and let her know before the practice if you are working with any injuries or medical conditions).
