Venetia Adamson (she/her)| Yoga Teacher
I'm a full-time teacher and Thai Yoga Massage accredited practitioner based in Oxford. I started practising yoga in 2010 while at university in London. After moving to the US to work I found an inspiring teacher and fell in love with the inclusivity and creativity of her classes. Soon I started to incorporate the lessons learnt on my mat into my everyday life. A couple of years of travelling, working and ‘burning out’ lead to a light bulb moment, and I decided to make my yoga practice my lifestyle.
I endeavour to spread my love for all things Yoga. My aim is to teach accessible, culturally sensitive, safe, joyous classes. I believe Yoga can have a profound impact on our relationship to ourselves and others. I intend to learn as much about the lineage of Yoga, meditation and other modalities as I can so I can be a responsible and informed teacher. My main teachings centre around balancing stillness and movement, which is why I am passionate about teaching Yin yoga as well as intuitive flows.
I am currently completing my MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS, London.
Venetia also is a lead trainer on our 200h Yoga teacher training course.

Sarah Walsh (she/her)| Yoga Teacher
Sarah is a mental health practitioner and yoga teacher. Teaching yoga for me is about building relationships with people and creating an environment where they can express themselves.
In her adult classes, she tries to focus on giving people an opportunity to move and be with their body in the present moment in a way that works for them, with lots of choice. Her kid’s classes tend to be a wild half an hour of games, stories, movement and ending with everyone lying on the mats breathing in sync for a few breaths- it’s pretty magic!
Elise Tassell (she/her)| Yoga Teacher
Elise discovered yoga in 2011 when she was seeking relief for the symptoms of stress and anxiety she was experiencing. It continues to be the practice that she turns to in times of need and to cultivate a sense of wellbeing. Her teaching is rooted in a strong sense of connection to the Earth and to the natural world; she believes that through connection with nature and our bodies we can learn more about ourselves. Elise’s teaching is also influenced by her passion for dance and her intuitive movement practice. In her classes she encourages participants to listen to the wisdom of their bodies and to make empowered choices in regards to their yoga practice. She loves to hold sessions where you are invited to step outside of habitual movement patterns and explore non-linear and organic movement. She intends to share the practices that have most helped her in being human and navigating the world that we live in.
Elise can also be found at Sun, Moon and Scissors, the hair studio based within Every Body Studio, where she works as a freelance hairdresser. You can find out more about her hairdressing work and book appointments at www.sunmoonandscissors.com
Bridget Luff (she/her)| Yoga Teacher
Bridget discovered the world of yoga, Pilates, movement and dance in her early twenties while at drama school, and she found that it made her feel more at home in her own skin than anything. She was lucky to work with some wonderful mentors who inspired her to become a teacher herself. Over the years she has taught yoga and movement in various spaces to lots of different bodies, from music festivals to after-school clubs, corporate events, living rooms, remote retreats and busy London gyms. Bridget is always studying and expanding her knowledge about the body, our breath and how it responds to external landscape, and is constantly astonished at the levels of depth and nuance we are able to perceive and how awareness can be such a powerful tool and practice in all aspects of life.
Her style is gentle but strong, creative yet structured and embedded in an understanding of how the body evolves and moves. She believes that every body is beautiful and unique and worthy of witnessing and embodying.
Sarah James (she/her)| Yoga Teacher
I’ve been practising yoga for over ten years and completed my 200-hour training in Oxford in 2018. I love to create shapes, play with transitions and spend far too much time putting track lists together for my classes. Yes, I will seek music with lyrics that match moves and title names that match days of the week…
Like the studio, my classes always seek to make anyone and everyone feel at home – even when dangling in a half moon!
To me, yoga is a way to reconnect the headspace we often live in day-to-day with the physical form we are – and really feeling and being with both in the same space and time. It’s also just great fun. Nothing wrong with that.
Sophia Munro (she/her)| Yoga Teacher
Romi Senegas (she/ her) | Yoga Teacher
Romi is a French yoga teacher and photographer based in Oxford. She became a certified instructor in March 2024 with YogaVenue and now teaches various styles, including dynamic, restorative, hatha, and yin yoga. Romi's classes are guided by the energy of her students, so they will always feel inclusive, adaptable therefore accessible. She encourages a true connection to the breath, allowing it to guide body movements for a natural, effortless flow. By tuning in with your inner self, you will notice and listen to your body's needs and sensations, creating a practice that is both mindful and intuitive, so you cultivate a harmonious relationship between breath, body, and mind.
She enjoys bringing spirituality into her classes by involving scents and sounds that activate the senses and create an immersive experience.
Emily Williams (she/ her) | Yoga Teacher
Emily is an Oxfordshire-based sound practitioner and yoga facilitator who has been practising yoga for over 10 years and holding space for the last three. Emily empowers high-performing women to overcome being overwhelmed and burnt out so that they can experience deep rest and feel pretty great. Through bringing spiritual softness into your life and workplace, she encourages you to build confidence, self-compassion, emotional resilience and connection to yourself.
Emily came to yoga as a way back to her body after a car accident in 2014. She then discovered the mental health benefits of yoga and simply kept going back. During her yoga teacher training in 2021 she discovered a deep love of chanting. She connected deeply with Vedic chanting, mantra and the healing power of sound, describing it as the place she feels alive and finds that chanting offers unexpected calm and emotional release. Following on from a deep study of sound practices she left her 20 year career as a scientist to pursue a different path. She has absolutely no regrets.
Emily’s classes offer exploration of form and self, with a balance between movement and stillness. She is a big fan of somatic and rest based practices, often adding sprinkles of these into each class. Emily often describes herself as the “wobbliest person in the room”, giving you the permission to be “imperfect” in your practice.
