Rest and Release: A Restorative Yoga Class

A 90 minute tension-relieving, stress-releasing, rebalancing class


I'll be holding space for a limited number of people in an in-person restorative class. Designed to help you rest and relax, but also crammed with take home practices - long poses, two minute tools, massage influenced neck releases and a smidge of fascial release. 

This will be a mashup of restorative yoga, massage techniques - including gentle work with fascia (the tissue wrapped around your muscles and organs) - and mindfulness practices.
