With Bridget and James
Saturday 18th March, 3:00-5:30 pm
Join us to mark the Spring Equinox this March. Seasonal shifts can be a potent time to reflect and create intention, to process and release patterns and habits in our every day that are no longer serving us.
The spring can be a time of quickening energy, of renewal and release. At this time if we are able to ground and be present we can appreciate all that is beginning to flourish and grow.
At first Bridget will guide everyone through a 90-minute yoga practice aimed to centre and balance our energy; moving through some flowing, uplifting and invigorating sequences as well as more slow, gentle restorative ones. Breath-work and meditative moments will be woven in, helping us to integrate. Through the practice, we will land into our bodies and tune into our senses so that we can fully absorb the experience of our tea ceremony together.
TEA BOWL CEREMONY
Join us for a simple tea ceremony as we share teas that complement the season and bring us closer to nature. Vital and verdant green teas will be served to help us connect with the feeling of Spring inside and out. We will explore how paying mindful attention enhances the experience of sharing and drinking tea. Seeing for ourselves how ‘Zen and tea are one flavour’.
No experience needed.
COST (non-refundable): £35 per/person
