This workshop aims to empower participants with the profound understanding of the mind-body connection and its pivotal role in addressing chronic pain and symptoms. The mind-body approach lies on new cutting-edge neuroscience findings and also incorporates a vast holistic approach that has been shown to reduce and promote healing of chronic pain and symptoms. Through comprehensive learning and experiential practices, students will discover effective approaches to promote symptoms reduction and healing, foster nervous system regulation and cultivate holistic well-being.

The workshop will provide an illuminating journey into the intricate interplay between mind and body. Led by a certified practitioner in mind-body syndrome, chronic pain coaching and integrated wellness practitioner, this workshop delves deep into the roots of chronic pain and symptoms (chronic stress, chronic back pain and other types of musculoskeletal pain, IBS, anxiety, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic gastric issues, migraine, long Covid, some types skin disorders, and more) unravelling the transformative potential of mind-body connection and power.

The aim of this workshop is not to give you a diagnosis or provide you a miracle cure but to empower you with the understanding and initial tools that can be transformative in your symptoms healing journey, as it was for Sara.

Sara’s Bio

Sara is a passionate and warm-hearted yoga, mindfulness teacher (MCBT), Mind-Body Syndrome Practitioner (chronic pain & symptoms coach) and Reiki Practitioner. Sara's healing journey began nine years ago when she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility, leading to widespread chronic pain and physical and mental health challenges. Seeking relief, she turned to meditation and yoga, discovering relief and support. It wasn’t until last year she found profound healing on physical and emotional level by using the Mind-Body approach.

Sara's mission is to guide students on a personal healing journey from the inside out by incorporating her knowledge and personal experience. She aims to inspire and support people in connecting with their bodies, fostering acceptance, easing physical and emotional tension, and enhancing overall mental and physical health. Sara is dedicated to helping individuals live happier lives despite life's challenges, promoting greater wellbeing, kindness, and resilience.
