Conquer your plies, ballet positions to improve your balance and choreography! Barre has become one of the most popular fusions of ballet, pilates and contemporary dance to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility. We will get a chance to tone, sculpt and stretch your entire body. There is no need to be a professional dancer or even to have any background in dance at all.
This workshop will have three parts:
Barre: Barre is split into three main sections: intense warm-up, standing part (plies, ballet movements), core-strengthening section and cool-down with a great choice of intense music to ensure you get all the positive energy while working hard.
Trigger balls: We will work with trigger balls. If you have never tried them - today is the day. Juicy muscles and feet release!
Yin and massage: We will finish with deep and slow yin poses with head and neck massage as a bonus.
What an excellent way to spend an afternoon!
