And the beauty of an online workshop is that you don’t have to worry about other people looking at you while still getting the benefits of being part of a community..
Mel will take you through the foundations of safe alignment; modifications that accommodate all our different bodies; and learn how to look after ourselves with a deep relaxation.
Participants will all receive a 20% discount on a monthly membership so you can take your new knowledge into our general classes, or carry on attending Mel’s beginner class.
