Meditation workshop with Najia

Join Najia for this workshop to learn how to use meditation to unwind, find clarity and encourage self acceptance. The course is designed for all levels but is particularly useful to those beginning their mediation journey. Perhaps you have a physical yoga practice, and want to expand your meditation practice. Perhaps you are completely new to meditation or have tried it and found it difficult. During this workshop Najia will offer tools for you to experience, explore and develop a supportive meditation practice which you can then take home and build upon. This workshop will provide a great start to your meditation journey, or remind you of why you love meditation already! 

Najia is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Curator and Artist with a special interest in creating reflective and mindful experiences. She has worked with a range of organisations to create workshops including Suoth London Gallery, Prana Yoga Oxford, The Hepworth Wakefield, Manchester Art Gallery, Whitworth Art Gallery and Arts Council England. In 2019 she graduated with Distinction from a Masters in Music at Goldsmiths College London, focusing on mindful movement and sound making. Najia qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2018 and specialised in mindful movement and Yin. During her training she practiced regular meditation and learned about traditional meditation methods and philosophies. She continues to be excited and inspired by the different ways in which we can bring our minds, bodies and breath closer through meditation and movement.
