Join Venetia for a two hour immersion in Yin and Vinyasa yoga. This workshop is designed to help you welcome in and harness the energy of a new season - and Autumn is all about letting go and grounding, Let's take this chance to round off summer and begin the process of moving inward and gathering. We will play with holding some poses that help stimulate release, while also exploring the balance between moving and resting.
Yin yoga is a deeply restorative and nourishing practice, which works on the connective tissues of the body to strengthen & lengthen gently. Perfect if you’re wanting to work gently on your flexibility. Vinyasa helps to create warmth, muscular strength and it's fun! You can expect to leave feeling like a whole new person: rested, energised & clear. All levels and experience are welcome.
*Very optional touch will be offered during the Yin, for those who wish for hands-on assists. This is done on an opting in basis (no one will be touched without verbal consent each time) and space to decline these assists will be held for all.
