Barre has become one of the most popular fusions of ballet-inspired moves, pilates and interval cardio training to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility. You will get a chance to tone, sculpt and stretch your entire body.
This master class is suitable for those who are just starting barre classes and want to learn more about barre, but ideal for those who are regular students and want to challenge themselves!
The class is structured around powerful sequences of three types of barre: cardio Barre with high-intensity cardio bursts, combined with strengthening standing sequences for your shoulders, arms, core, hips, glutes, and legs. We finish with floor barre for your upper body, lower body and core muscles. This will be a challenging but rewarding workshop!
At the end, we will relax our muscles and cool down our legs and hips in slow stretching poses to release any tightness in our muscles.
