Joyful Yoga: An evening sharing uplifting movement and joyful food
We are all in need of a bit more joy in our lives, aren't we? For Najia, yoga sparks deep joy and can help us release tension. If you’ve been to one of her classes you’ll know exactly what we mean!
Join Najia for a joyful yoga flow with an epic soundtrack, followed by the joy of food from Taste Tibet. We will flow for an hour, then feast.
Taste Tibet is our favourite local restaurant. We will be sitting down to eat delicious dal and momos with a glass of wine together after class. Come and connect, have fun and move your body joyfully. We have limited spaces, so book now if you're keen to come:
