Join Hannah to officially mark the end of Winter and the welcoming of Spring, an opportunity to honour the shift of seasons and mindfully support the transition into brighter days.

The Spring (Vernal) Equinox

Spring Equinox derived from Latin, meaning “equal night”

On the spring equinox we experience a balance of the day and the night, equal amounts of light and dark on the same day. The spring equinox marks the turning point when daylight begins to over take the darkness and we start to invite and experience more vibrant energy.

During this workshop we will embark on a beautiful journey through grounding breath practice, nourishing yin yoga and a dynamic, energising flow to rebalance and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit, bringing them into harmony with each other.

The intention of this workshop is to help nurture and cultivate the new, vibrant energy that Spring brings, whilst helping us all stay connected, spacious and grounded as we transition into full bloom. 🦋🌻

REFLECT & GERMINATE

We will start with a grounding breath practice and meditation - taking an opportunity to reflect upon the winter months - aiding us to shift any stagnant energy from winter and move into the spaciousness and vitality of Spring. Optional pause to journal on the theme of transition.

GROUND & GROW

Following this we will awaken the soft body through a nurturing yin style practice, nourishing our energy to gradually emerge and cultivate a deeper sense of connection to our needs during this time of reawakening.

BLOOM

Finally we will move through a deliciously dynamic and energising practice to leave us feeling rebalanced and rejuvenated.

TEA & CHATS

There will also be ample opportunity to drink tea and chat yay!
