Introduction to Inversions
Curious about flipping your perspective and stepping into the world of inversions? Or maybe you're a seasoned handstander looking to refine your technique and learn new strategies? Join Harriet for an afternoon dedicated to turning our practice upside-down.
We'll spend time looking at the fundamentals of safe, accessible and approachable inversions: identify key areas of the body to strengthen & lengthen; learn techniques to safely practice inversions on our own; discuss topics of trust & fear and how we can build confidence in our inversion practice.
This workshop is suitable for everyone and includes a handout of notes & exercises to take home with you. No experience of inversions is required.

Harriet McAtee is a yoga teacher and founder of Nourish Yoga Training.
