What to expect?
Join us for a warming and nourishing day of moving, resting and connecting with others in our beautiful space in East Oxford.
Group size is kept small and intimate with a max of 15. Solo day-retreaters are very welcome, or bring along a friend or two. All tickets include a fresh, delicious lunch, snacks, and coffee/tea.

11:30am- Welcome, tea, Intention Setting
11.45-13:00 - Myofascial Movements
A whole body mobility sequence, focusing on deep release of muscle tension (great for that post-winter stiffness). We’ll get warm and ready for the day ahead, by exploring myo-fascial release into different areas of the body along with gentle flowing movements.
13:00 - 13:30 Yoga Nidra
Relax with guided nidra; a beautiful way to rest and meditation.
13.30pm - 14:30* Light Lunch and MB Coffee Break (Provided with Ticket)
A light lunch - and delicious coffee from our local friends. Food will be veggie (vegan and GF friendly options)
14:30- 15.15 Guided Journaling with fresh herbal teas*
A relaxing afternoon session of guided journaling. The opportunity to release stress and ease the mind whilst enjoying a warming herbal tea and a soothing playlist.
15:15-16:00 Afternoon stretch and tea break.
We’ll have a little move, wriggle and come back together for a mindful tea break and some treats.
16.00 - 17:30 Restorative Yoga and Self Massage
We finish off with a nourishing Yin practice with the option for an aromatic-oil self massage (and cosy savasana adjustments with beautiful sound)
