Yin, Meditation & Head Massage - Workshop with Kamila

This workshop is a perfect way to experience a nurturing extended yin yoga practice and meditation to start your weekend with renewed energy. Change of the season requires time to slow down to reset the energy and explore within yourself.

Kamila will lead you through a nourishing yin yoga practice focused on slow, floor-based poses held for 3-5 min using different props to support the body.

This practice helps settle the nervous system to prepare the whole body, mind, and heart system to release deeply in meditation.

This workshop will provide space where students can rest and release the tensions we all carry. Kamila will offer a gentle head massage during the practice and final resting part.
