Sunlight is seeping into evenings, and with the spring equinox, the sun shines equal parts to night’s embrace.
Celebrate this tipping point in seasons and the first official day of spring with this Yang and Yin-inspired workshop, which will leave you energised and rooted, ready to step into the sunnier months ahead.
A split two-hour practice of flow and relaxation alongside together creating an equinox tree, with leaves carrying intentions for the year ahead - plus drinks and delicious baked treats.
