The Teacher

Sara is a passionate and warm-hearted yoga and mindfulness teacher, Somatic

Mind-Body Syndrome Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner. Diagnosed with

Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility 10 years ago, Sara faced widespread chronic pain

and physical and mental health challenges. Her mission is to share the

transformational healing power of mind-body methods that have supported her

recovery, leading to long-lasting relief and physical and emotional freedom.
