Funmi is a passionate registered associate nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and the founder of Pattern Nutrition (patternnutrition.co.uk), a clinic dedicated to helping people ditch the "diet starts Monday" mentality for good. Through her work, Funmi empowers clients to rediscover the joy of food, improve their body image, and build healthy, sustainable habits—always with joy at the center! With a focus on creating positive, nourishing relationships with food, Funmi is committed to supporting individuals on their journey to better health in a balanced and fulfilling way.
