Through a blend of gentle somatic release, mindful movement meditation centered in the heart wisdom, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra (yogic sleep), participants are guided to connect with the wisdom of their hearts, cultivating self-compassion, self-love, and profound relaxation.

Compassionate Rest offers a harmonious blend of healing practices designed to calm your mind, nurture your body and heart, and soothe your soul. It provides a safe, welcoming environment where you can unwind and restore your inner balance with care and compassion.
Somatic Movement and Meditation
This practice combines a gentle somatic exploration with meditation to enhance body awareness, breath connection, and heart-centered present. This practices encourages a gentle somatic release and guidance to heart- centered presence.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice featuring long-held, prop-supported poses that allow your body to surrender into therapeutic rest. This practice encourages physical relaxation, emotional release and nervous system regulation.
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
A deeply restorative guided meditation technique themed to the workshops, that invites you into a state of relaxed awareness and self-compassion. Yoga Nidra provides the rejuvenating benefits of deep rest, where 15 minutes of practice is equivalent to an hour of sleep. This practice helps quiet the mind, access the subconscious, and promote profound relaxation.
