Keen to bring more yoga into your life but not sure where to begin? Or have you been taking class for a while but want to learn more about this amazing practice. Either way, you are invited to join Becky in this two hour workshop where we go right back to basics and build on those foundations.
In this two hour workshop Becky will breakdown the basics, from poses to breath exercises and everything in between. We will even look at how we move from one pose to another, breaking down those pesky transitions. It will be a chance to learn about which props to use, language used in class and general studio etiquette. There will be space for all those questions you've wanted to ask, but never felt you could in a general class.
By the end of this friendly workshop you will leave feeling confident to take these new skills, head into your yoga class, lay out your mat and feel safe and comfortable. Absolutely everyone is welcome.
Becky teaches our weekly beginners class and understands that the yoga world can be an intimidating place. She has been teaching for 10 years and has worked with older bodies, children, corporate groups, hen parties, festivals and everyone in between. She wholeheartedly believes that this wonderful practice can have such a positive effect on our lives and loves sharing it with as many people as possible.
