Join Najia and Sarah for a day of mindful movement and breath - exploring the beautiful nature in East Oxford, alongside yoga at at the studio.
A chance to share practice beyond the mat, Najia and Sarah will guide breath work and meditation as they lead a ramble along the riverside meadows.
Alongside our ramble, will be delicious picnic, and a chance for a dip (if you want it!), followed by a chance to connect to the present through ‘nature bathing’ meditation.
Taking the joy of gentle exploration back to Magdalen Road, we’ll then head back to the studio, where together Najia and Sarah will guide a 90-minute Slow Flow and Restorative practice.
Leave feeling rested and re-connected - to the world and, most importantly, to yourself.

Arrival with welcome and breath work circle
Guided walk, including meditative movement and breath work. We’ll walk from the studio to the river and Iffley Meadows, collectively exploring nature, body and breath.
Picnic stop, with a delicious selection of food and drinks. Optional river swimming.
Nature bathing. Guided meditation, pausing to absorb nature the world around us and connect to the present moment.
Returning to the studio. Grab a cuppa and some treats before a two-part Flow to Restore practice.
