Offered once a month as an extended, 75-minute class designed to explore transitions that travel in a full circle around the mat. Beginning and ending with grounding breath-work and longer-held poses, framing the fluid, flow-based heart of the class. Each month is inspired by one of the four elements—earth, water, fire, or air—weaving specific shapes and sequences into the practice to reflect its unique energy.

A guided class providing space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Drawing from various traditions and modern techniques, The Quiet Hour offers a grounded, non-dogmatic approach to exploring the breath and mind through meditation and pranayama. This inclusive practice is open to everyone, with no previous experience required.
-
A flowing class that pairs movement with breath to flow between shapes. A typical class might begin with breath-work and softer shapes, before moving into the flow-based heart of the class with flowing standing postures before ending with slower shapes and relaxation. All our vinyasa teachers bring their own style to this session, making it a great way to explore different forms of practice. Suitable for all levels.
-
Combining gentle movement with longer-held Yin postures to create a practice that explores the subtle body. The class begins with a gentle flow to warm the body and connect with the breath, before easing into longer-held yin postures that target deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments) to help release tension and calm the nervous system. Using props for support, you’ll spend time closer to the ground, creating space to explore sensation, breath, and deeper connection within the body.
