Barre is a movement practice that focuses on isometric movements – where you keep the rest of your body almost motionless and contract specific muscle groups. A fantastic way to strengthen the core and joints, through the class you’ll use the mat, props and the barre to strengthen the body and have a heap of fun along the way. No experience of ballet or dance needed.
