Welcome to Barre at Every Body Studio

Our barre classes blend strength training, dance-inspired movement, and mindful conditioning — all in a welcoming, judgement-free space. Whether you’re brand new to barre or looking to refine your technique, our classes are designed to help you build confidence, stability, and whole-body strength.

Barre at Every Body Studio

  • Barre is a movement practice that focuses on isometric movements – where you keep the rest of your body almost motionless and contract specific muscle groups. A fantastic way to strengthen the core and joints, through the class you’ll use the mat, props and the barre to strengthen the body and have a heap of fun along the way. No experience of ballet or dance needed.
