Cash Payments

We are unable to accept cash payments at the studio. Please pay by credit or debit card. For security reasons, we do not keep cash on site.

Pricing & Payments

• By purchasing a membership, class pass, or workshop at Every Body Studio, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

• Pricing information is displayed on the website and our booking platform. Pricing information is subject to change without notice.

• Occasionally, Every Body Studio offers discounts on classes, workshops, and courses. Any discounts are displayed on the website and booking system and are available for a limited time. Please be sure to check the timeframe when purchasing.

• Subject to any statutory rights, payments for all classes, courses or workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Class Passes

Once purchased, class passes cannot be refunded under any circumstances. You can transfer your class pass credits to another person at the Studio’s discretion. Please contact Every Body Studio via email to arrange this.

All class passes have an expiration date, which is the date on which all the classes must have been used. Any classes not used by the expiry date will be forfeited.

Validity timeframe:

• Single Class Pass: 3 Months

• 5 Class Pass: 6 Months

• 10 Class Pass: 12 Months

• Auto-Renew subscription: 12 Months commitment

• Promotional offers - please refer to the expiry date at point of purchase.

Membership

Membership benefits and privileges are subject to change at the discretion of Every Body Studio management, but we will always try to be as fair as possible and notify everyone of any changes.

• Membership fees are to be paid in accordance with the payment plan selected at the time of enrollment.

Fees for memberships and all passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed with management.

• Membership grants access to Every Body Studio's regular classes on the schedule. Not to workshops or courses.

• Members must book into classes at least 10 minutes before a class commences.

• Membership Termination - Every Body Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership privileges or passes for any member found in violation of the terms and conditions outlined herein or engaging in inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be provided in the event of membership termination unless otherwise specified.

• 12-month memberships cannot be cancelled prior to the 12 months completion for reasons other than:

  • Moving more than 30 miles away

  • A note from a GP stating you cannot exercise due to illness or injury

  • Redundancy

  • If Every Body Studio closes for more than 6 weeks

3. Booking Policy

All classes, courses, sessions, appointments and workshops must be pre-booked and paid for via our booking system, bsport. If you are having any difficulties making a booking, please contact Every Body Studio via email, and we will try to assist you.

4. Class Cancellation Policy

In the event that a client wants to cancel their class/workshop - Cancellations of bookings must be made within 5 hours of the class starting in order to return a pass to your account. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your pass will be used and not returned to your account. Cancellation policies for courses and workshops may vary in timeframe; please check the specific cancellation policy when booking.

In the event that a client wants to cancel a course - Courses are non-refundable.

In the event that Every Body Studio needs to cancel a class or workshop, you will be offered a refund for the cost or to be transferred to a different class, workshop. If purchased as part of a class pass, you will be refunded a class pass credit.

We will seek to advise you of any cancellations ahead of time.

5. Health & Safety

Members must ensure they are not exposing themselves to unnecessary risk of injury or illness before participating in any studio activities. Please consult your GP before engaging in any new physical activities.

All class participants must tell the teacher if any reasonable adjustments need to be made.

Every Body Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained while using studio facilities or participating in online or in-person classes or sessions. Please read our Health and Safety Policy here.

6. Safer Space Policy

The studio implements several policies, including anti-bullying, anti-discrimination, anti-sexual harassment and safeguarding, which can be found on our website. Every Body Studio takes a zero-tolerance approach to any form of bullying, discrimination and harassment.

7. Studio Etiquette

• Doors to the reception will be open 15 minutes before the class starts.

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class to find a space, prepare yourself and notify the teacher of any injuries etc. Allow additional time if you need help with your booking.

• The door to the studio will be closed 5 minutes after the start time of class.

• If you arrive late (later than 5 minutes after the starting time), you will not be able to join the class; we want to avoid disruption to fellow students.

• You can leave shoes and belongings in the reception area; valuables can be with you in the studio if necessary.

• Please leave your phone in your bag unless absolutely necessary.

• We do not allow the filming of classes.

• Always practice within your own capacity. If you are unsure about any aspect of your practice, please ask.

• Please remember to be kind, compassionate and patient with each other; this is an inclusive space for everybody.

• Respect for fellow members, staff, and teachers is paramount.

• Clients should wear clothing appropriate for their yoga practice.

• We reserve the right to refuse future entry to any person who has behaved in an abusive, offensive or threatening manner.

8. Personal Belongings

Every Body Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Privacy Policy

Every Body Studio respects the privacy of its members and adheres to all applicable data protection laws. Personal information provided by members will be used solely for the purpose of administering their membership and providing services unless otherwise stated. 10. Parking

There are no designated parking spaces at Every Body Studio. The Studio is located in a residential area where there are some 1-3 hour on-road parking spots. Alternatively there is parking available at the Oxford Park and Ride services. Or there is ample bike parking available around the studio.

11. Class Timing & Timetable

Details of studio/class/workshop times may vary from time to time. Class/workshop times will be available on our website. Every Body Studio reserves the right to make alternations to the timetable, teachers and/or equipment. We aim to start all our classes/workshops on time and finish on time.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing a membership, class, workshop or course at Every Body Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
