Katie is a yoga teacher, coach, and founder of Every Body Studio. With a background in publishing and corporate strategy, she brings creativity and insight to the wellness space. Passionate about mental health and trauma, Katie combines yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork with psychology, offering inclusive, evidence-based classes and training future teachers.

Becky Varey (she/her)<p><i>yoga teacher</i></p>
Becky, a yoga and performing-arts teacher based in Oxford and a lead trainer on our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course. After discovering yoga as a way to manage stress from acting, she now teaches accessible, playful classes for all bodies—helping students, from schoolchildren to cancer patients, feel better and celebrate movement.

Katie McNeil (she/her)<p><i>yoga teacher</i></p>
Katie McNeil (she/her) is a yoga teacher and lead trainer on our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course. Since completing her training in 2020, she has pursued over 600 hours of advanced study across multiple modalities. Katie teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and dynamic styles, alongside breathwork and meditation—creating inclusive, empowering spaces where students embrace self-discovery and personal growth.

Sara Santos (she/her) <p><i>yoga teacher</i></p>
Sara Santos (she/her) is a yoga and mindfulness teacher and an Integrative Mind-Body & Somatic Nervous System Coach specialising in chronic pain and stress-related symptoms. Her own healing journey with chronic pain inspired her to explore the deeper connection between the brain, body, and nervous system. Yoga certified in Bali in 2019, Sara offers classes and one-to-one sessions that blend mindful movement, traditional asana, and gentle somatic approaches, helping students regulate their nervous system, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with their bodies both on and off the mat.

Completing her 200-hour training in Oxford in 2018, she loves Vinyasa for its creativity and playfulness. With a background in osteopathy, acupuncture, and massage therapy, she offers inclusive, nurturing classes that support parents through pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Sara creates safe spaces for reconnection, balance, and calm, and teaches our Friday evening Pregnancy Yoga Circle.

Mani Singh (he/him)<p><i>pilates teacher</i></p>
Mani Singh is a contemporary and classically certified Pilates teacher in the Romana Kryzanowska lineage (Romana Gen.III), an ABA boxing coach, and a qualified PT. Introduced to Pilates during his own rehabilitation, Mani teaches energetic, inclusive classes that blend classical and contemporary repertoires. Expect challenging sessions with laughter, sweat, and epic playlists that leave you feeling strong and connected.

Kamila Nigmatulina (she/her) is a Yoga and Barre teacher who trained at YogaLondon. Her classes blend alignment, breathwork, and core strength with accessible modifications, drawing from styles like Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. Passionate about mindful movement, Kamila also teaches barre—a dynamic mix of Pilates, ballet, and dance—and brings joy and presence to every session.

Raven is a Pilates and yoga teacher who recently moved to Oxford from Philadelphia, where she previously taught kindergarten. After discovering yoga and Pilates, the practice quickly became an important part of her life and wellbeing. Raven trained with Power Pilates and Breath for Change, and her classes combine classical Pilates with contemporary movement, playful energy and carefully curated playlists.

YC is a pilates and yoga teacher having qualified as a Mat Pilates instructor and completing her 200-hour yoga training in 2025. She likes to make her classes welcoming, supportive and fun, as well as occasionally adding in elements of challenge. Her aim is to help you feel stronger over time and more in tune with your body. Beyond the mat, she studies Biomedical Engineering and has a big interest in wellness and sustainability.

Natalie is a yoga, Pilates and barre teacher based in West Oxfordshire with a warm, down-to-earth approach to movement. After more than 20 years of personal practice, she trained in yoga, restorative yoga, children’s and baby yoga, later adding Pilates and barre. Her teaching blends flowing movement with strength work, inspired by her own journey of building resilience and connection in the body.
