Yoga Teacher Training
A transformational, inclusive journey into the heart of yoga.
Welcome to your Teacher Training journey
Yoga Teacher Training with Every Body Studio is designed for curious, compassionate students who want to deepen their practice, grow in confidence, and learn to share yoga with others.
Whether you hope to teach or simply wish to explore yoga more fully, this programme offers a warm, accessible, community-centred environment where everyone is supported — regardless of age, background, or flexibility.
This is more than a course. It’s a grounding, inspiring experience that changes how you understand yoga, your body, and yourself.
Why train with us?
We believe yoga is for every body. Our programme is thoughtfully designed to support students of all abilities, with modifications, trauma-informed teaching principles, and plenty of encouragement throughout.
Inclusive, accessible training
An encouraging community
Our lead teachers bring decades of combined teaching experience, deep knowledge of yoga philosophy and anatomy, and a genuine passion for helping students grow. You’ll feel guided, respected, and welcomed from day one.
A fresh perspective
Graduates frequently tell us that the training gave them clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose — in and out of the studio.
Experienced, supportive faculty
Past trainees often describe our programme’s community as one of its greatest strengths. You’ll learn alongside a small, friendly group that celebrates progress, shares challenges, and supports one another long after graduation.
YOUR YOGA TRAINING JOURNEY
Every Body Yoga Teacher Training
Split into two parts, our year long training enables you first to deepen your learning and practice and then, should you wish to teach, take part two to progress into how to hold space for others, deliver classes confidently, and build community. Completion of both parts of the course will be accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Our course was created and is taught in collaboration. Trainees are encouraged to contribute and engage with the material with trainers and discussion will form an important part of the course.
Part 1: Immersion
For those who want to dive deeper into yoga, whether or not you want to teach, our Immersion will fulfil your needs. In part one, you will work on developing your practice through our asana labs, your understanding of yoga and its traditions, as well as some personal development work, including journaling practices. We want to empower you in finding your own voice and confidence, gaining insight into your personal practice. We offer a supportive environment to thrive in.
Those interested in taking Part 2 will also need to complete Part 1. You will only be a certified yoga teacher if you complete both parts, but you are more than welcome to take Part 1 as a standalone course.
TIME COMMITMENT
Usually one weekend a month in person 12:15—18.30pm
Some Wednesday evenings (online via Zoom)

We know a lot of people choose a yoga training to develop their own practice, or simply to teach others, but embarking on this journey can also be a powerful experience of self discovery. You will be supported throughout by mentoring sessions and group work to make sure you get the most out of the course. Our Part 1 Immersion will help you develop your yoga practice and understanding of the history and roots of yoga.

Part 2: Teaching
The second part of the course, in the latter part of the year, is underpinned by mentoring and development, as we teach you to actually deliver a class: holding space, sharing yoga and creating a practice that your students will want to return to again and again. We offer a tangible hands on, practical experience which will leave you feeling ready to share yoga with others, confident in your own style and abilities. Even if you do not intend to teach yoga, this part of the course will deepen your learning and build on the skills and confidence you gained in our Part 1: Immersion.
