This is an amplified, fast paced, and strong class designed for those with a good awareness of the Pilates method. Experience a full body workout that elevates the intensity and effectiveness of classical Pilates exercises, further challenged with a deep focus on finessing the technique. There is little rest, transitions are just as much a part of the system.
Those who are new to mat pilates work may want to consider taking foundational Pilates to begin with, in order to attain a good grounding.

Pilates is a mat-based movement class. Dynamic Pilates is a more dynamic version of Pilates, you can expect more challenges within this class. Breath, awareness and strength all come into play, often alongside a host of props from bands to pilates balls to activate different parts of the body. Movements are often repeated, so you have time to become familiar and adapt to suit you and connect to parts of the body with intention.

A slower paced class to perfect the technique of Joseph Pilates and build the awareness within the body, to rehabilitate, rebalance, and change movement patterns.
Great for seasoned practitioners and total beginners. The time allows us to delve into the method and hone in on perfecting technique that you might want to develop, or be practicing for the first time.
