A fast paced and strong mat-based Pilates class designed for those with a good awareness of the Pilates method. Experience a full body workout that elevates the intensity and effectiveness of classical Pilates exercises, further challenged with a deep focus on finessing the technique.
Those who are new to mat Pilates may want to consider taking our Foundational Pilates or regular Pilates class first, in order to attain a good grounding.
